Easiest way to save space is to install the cabinets under your sink. This is a private room? Or use people? If a shared bathroom, what you really want a bath in the same room as the toilet? EX> if you have company and someone in the bathroom, you can not go "... rather have a toilet ... Make sure the door opens and closes easily, without touching "on things or narrowing of the space.
