The widespread distribution of false information about OCD is horrible. * Only * This proven method for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder ERP (exposure and ritual prevention response). By itself, medications and supplements are not effective treatments for OCD disadvantages. I must say that the drugs in the context of ERP may be useful. The ERP is a subset of the CDC, but it is very important to ensure that your therapist is specially * ERP treatment. I can not stress this enough.

If you are about getting better, go to http://www.ocfoundation.org and a therapist near you seriously. Provide them a call and immediately ask about their most important method used for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder. If the first words out of his mouth is no ERP or CBT, go ahead. If the answer CBT CBT just ask what methods they use. Again if not on ERP, go ahead.
