I am a foundation in the digital PROJ and chose a massage therapist who can rap around your wrist, but I need to know which basis it sturture. a representation would apreceated.

Find a monostable multivibrator, for example, CI N555
that the circuit can be adjusted to increase (block-wave), which can be used during the massage. I'm not a fysiotherapist I can not tell whether a block-wave is good for the massage should perhaps a sine wave
