Are low-cost airlines required to have medically trained staff on board each flight? - low cost truck

The girlfriend of a fellow patient recently on a flight at low cost have always been very concerned about the level of care or concern a kit available.

First aid, but that's all. You do not have doctors ...

No, only first aid. In fact, I doubt that the cost of the flight has nothing to do with it.

No carrier is required to have a staff with medical training. Most will be a first aid kit and have others have a defibrillator, but that's all. If someone really sick to land at the nearest airport when you get the person medical care.

First Aid Only, I fear. We were asked in a low-cost airline flight for some time and a flight attendant if there is a doctor or a nurse on the run. Something was wrong and everything he had, was a first-aid kit as seems to me that much more professional

I had the impression that the airlines are not required to have medically trained personnel on its flights. The air crew were trained in first aid, but not significantly.

U0026lt I fainted on an airplane because of the dehydration (for 5 hours to test the airport for my luggage, bomb threats, lack of food and water, and change the door etc etc \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\; long story), I was powerless when increasing the aircraft, was the participation rate, I do not exist, and it was a terrible experience
After the team has been abandoned me at the airport, while still very weeks and dizzy. I will ask the help of another passenger to carry my luggage on a cart. I was a teenager at the time and travel alone for the first time in my state of confusion was so scared that I wanted was to see my family back home.
Since I was nervous flyer and I hate airports.

The pilot is solely responsible, so do not expect too much from the crew cabin.

I have found in more than one flight, when a medical emergency happen, and I was told that no flights ... including international flights ... ARE REQUIRED, was a man with medical training on board ... If something happens, simply wait for a doctor or a nurse, is a passenger and volunteer doctors almost never treat someone in an airplane, because if the plane lands ... in the end will be the last person to leave the plane ...
