Lovely clear skin distroyed by broken capillaries and the odd black head.. :(? - how to repair broken capillaries under my eyes

Well, I take a very light skin and people always comment on. I hardly ever stains. But lately I always have the odd blackhead. How can I get rid of this .. I tried the clear and obvious romoval black head shops, but did not work.

But the most important thing is that I have received cappilaries, revolves around my nose and skin, so that the achievement CELAR'm clarity. I am 16 years old. I'm not sure what the cause? Could it be dehydration because I do not drink enough water.

Is there anything I can do to get rid of them? and repair of all time? and what do you think they might cause?

I want to go with the other monitors. I went to properties and change the main screen for one of the other two and did not move one of the taskbar. An answer to my question is appreciated. I'm using Windows XP and my graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200th I use nView drivers for your video card multiple monitor control.
